COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Artist retains copyright.  Pet commission will be delivered as a physical product(s), and a digital file will not be provided.  If you are interested in licensing or commercial collaborations (omg, yes - how fun!), please email alex@majestikmagnolia.com and include "LICENSING/COLLABS" in the subject line.

PET COMMISSION PROCESS

1. You purchase a commission package during the sign-up window. This is where you choose your colors and pick your products.
2. I send you a welcome email with a link to upload a reference photo of your pet and select your apparel sizes.
3. Within 5 business days of receiving your photo, I complete your design and send to you for review, edits, and/or approval. (NOTE: Each commission includes 1 free revision round. Additional revision rounds may be purchased as desired.)
4. You approve the artwork, and I make the final goods. 
5. I ship your custom products to you! (Meanwhile, you check tracking status nonstop because you're just so stinkin' excited😍)
   

COMMISSION SHIPPING TIMELINES

Art Prints:  Will ship separately from apparel/totes within 1-4 business days of customer approval date for final artwork
Apparel and Totes:  Will ship within 7-14 days of customer approval date for final artwork 

COMMISSION RETURN POLICY

Commissioned products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded after work has begun.

Due to the custom nature of commission products, refunds will only be issued for items that were misprinted/damaged/defective upon delivery. (If this happens, let us know so we can make it right!)

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

To file a claim, please contact us at info@majestikmagnolia.com! If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
