HOW DO I ORDER A PET COMMISSION?

HOW DO PET COMMISSIONS WORK?
PET COMMISSION PROCESS
- You purchase a commission package during the sign-up window. This is where you choose your colors and pick your products.
- I send you a welcome email with a link to upload a reference photo of your pet.
- Within 5 business days of receiving your photo, I complete your design and send to you for review, edits, and/or approval. (NOTE: Each commission includes 1 free revision round. Additional revision rounds may be purchased as desired.)
- You approve the artwork, and I make the final goods.
- I ship your custom products to you! (Meanwhile, you check tracking status nonstop because you're just so stinkin' excited😍)

COMMISSION RETURN POLICY
Commission products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Due to the custom nature of commission products, refunds will only be issued for items that were misprinted/damaged/defective upon delivery. (If this happens, let us know so we can make it right!)
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To file a claim, please contact us at info@majestikmagnolia.com! If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER WAS DAMANGED IN TRANSIT?
Oh, no - what a bummer! We're so sorry! Please email us at info@majestikmagnolia.com with your order number and a photo of the items damaged during transit. We may ship a replacement product or refund the damaged goods pending inventory availability.
Refunds will only be issued for items that were misprinted/damaged/defective upon delivery.

HOW WILL KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon your order is packed and shipped.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of the order date.
Packages are shipped from Colorado via USPS and usually arrive within 4-8 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations can be made within the first 24 hours after purchase. Custom orders and digital items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
